Q - Does each vendor need to carry $1,000,000 in insurance in order to have a booth?

A - No, FRG will carry the insurance for the entire RPP area. This will satisfy the requirements of the Fall Home Show.


Q - Will each vendor be responsible for sending the sales tax collected to the City of Denver or will the RPP collect it from us at the end of the show and report it all together to the City?

A - Each vendor will need to have a sales tax license with the City of Denver or will need to apply for a 
special sales tax license for the event. It will be the responsibility of each vendor to collect and report
their sales taxes to the City of Denver.


Q - Does the entrance fee allow RPP attendees to visit both the RPP area and the rest of the Fall Home Show booths?

A - Yes!  Likewise, all visitors to the Fall Home Show will have full access to the RPP area.


Q - When we arrive on Thursday to set up (or on Friday am), where do we pick up our vendor badges?

A - There is an Exhibitor check in by the Hall entrance doors. Once exhibitors arrive for setup, they'll check in there to pick up their badges. Since the RPP vendors are not technically "booked" with the Fall Home Show, everyone can say they're with FRG/RPP.  If anyone forgets to pick up on Thursday, they can pick up prior to show open on Friday. The Exhibitor check in area will be outside the hall space by the entrance
for show days. RPP will provide separate badges for each vendor to wear at your booth.


Q - Will I be able to use a cart to bring my items to my booth?

A - No. On Thursday, you will be able to drive onto the Show floor.  We will get you as close to our section as possible. You can then unload directly into your booth, take your car out to the parking lot, then come back and set up. Please don't leave your vehicle on the show floor during your set up - it will need to be removed ASAP so others may have that space to unload. On Friday, you will NOT be able to drive onto the floor. In this case, you will need to park in the garage and hand carry all your items to your booth. Nothing with wheels will be allowed onto the floor. These are union rules and are not negotiable.
